A Midautumn Evening’s . . . Er . . . Daydream?

Excuse the weird title . . . I recently watched A Midsummer Night’s Dream (I got to sit on the stage!) and I guess I’m trying to alert the younger generation of the wonders of Shakespeare. Or something. Come on, didn’t anyone get the reference? No? Lord, what fools these mortals be. Ha! Did no one get that, either? *sigh* OK, fine, I’ll stop with the Shakespeare . . .

Anyway, I’ve got a photoshoot of Nevaeh for you! Enjoy :)

  1. OH…….these pictures are gorgeous! I love her skirt. <3

Funny, I see these pictures and think, "I must have that doll!"…..and then I realize I actually DO have her. :P

  2. These are beautiful pictures Loren! Just another example of your talents in photography! I have a bit of a dilemma… I can not figure out whether to get your Savanna or GOTY Grace for Christmas! They both stun me and since I know that you have both of these Dolls, maybe you could offer me some guidance as to which dol to ask for??? Please reply! I really CAN NOT decide!!! Thanks!

  3. Fabulous shoot! Puck would be tempted. ;-)
I love Shakespeare and you really should see the plays acted out – make much more sense. Kenneth Branagh (Gilderoy Lockhart) has directed a lot of Shakespeare for the screen. My favorite is Much Ado About Nothing with Emma Thompson, Denzel Washington, and Keanu Reeves. The added attraction for that one is I’ve sung the madrigal in choir, so could sing along. :)

    • LOL! Thanks.

I absolutely HAVE to see some more Shakespeare plays — at the moment I’ve only seen Julius Caesar and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, both of which I saw in a playhouse. Hmm, I’ll have to look into those movies!

  4. SHAKESPEARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I READ THE ORIGINAL A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM A FEW WEEKS AGO
    AND I LOVED IT
    IT WAS HILARIOUS
I’m sure it sounds like I’m being sarcastic but I promise I’m not.

    • KATHLEEN!! *does friendly headbutt because I’m weird* I had to read the play for my Shakespeare class! You wouldn’t believe how awesome my teacher is. She wore this Shakespeare tie on her first day, lets us make up and perform skits, and is just SUPER funny.

I don’t know how it’s possible to sound sarcastic through a comment, but somehow you can pull it off xD

Sorry I’ve been gone so much! I missed you.
Also so much for me fininshing my book……November is busier than I expected.
Hey, I almost took a class kind of similar to that….I’m taking theatre instead though. It sounds really cool though!

Let’s just say that I’m a pretty sarcastic person (I’m trying to figure out what would happen if Artemis Fowl and I were in a room together. Either it would result in a giant war of intellect (which he would win) and sarcasm and insults, or it would result in me screaming and fangirling and embarrassing myself)

        • Ah, theater class . . . one of the best things to ever happen to modern education . . .

Heheh . . . I bet the second option would be more likely xD You probably wouldn’t be able to insult him, because he’s so . . . Irish ;)

          • I love it.

True….It would probably depend on which book it is (If it was the first or second…. I hated him so much. Actually I stopped reading the series after the second because I hated him so much. Thank goodness I picked it up again!)
Also, doth this mean thee hast read of the gloriousness of the Fowl lad? (See I’m slightly obsessive over Shakespeare, though I think that might have been mixed with my Irish/Scottish lad/lass thing as well)
