I wanted to share with you some outfits that are supposedly from the collection of Girl of the Year 2016, Lea Clark.

What do you guys think? Do you believe that these are really from Lea Clark’s collection?
American Girl has gotten much better at keeping their Girl of the Year pictures hidden. It’s late November, and a photo of the 18″ Lea Clark doll has yet to be found.
And so the quest for Lea Clark continues . . .

I think I really only like the Fancy Occasion Dress and the Explorer/Hiking outfit. None of the outfits are really calling to me, though.
Ugh, I know! It’s driving me crazy cause I’m dying to see what she looks like!! I have a feeling I’m going to want her, though… ;)

I agree with you, although the Purple Dress would be nice for a cover-up.
Do you think this will be the one year when we only learn what the GOTY looks like when she’s released? Heh, American Girl has a way of making their Girl of the Year dolls really cute . . . I’ve bought their GOTY every year since 2013, and I doubt Lea Clark will be the exception. :) *whispers* Dear wallet, please find $115 in your great leathery depths . . .

I don’t know… I’m hoping (this might sound kinda awful) that there will be a leak sometime in December… I just want to know if I want to plan going to the GOTY release or not… Ugh.

The good things about the GOTY leaks is that we can know before the New Year if we want to buy the doll. We have time to save up money and all that.
Hmm. Isabelle didn’t sell very well (not sure why, she’s really pretty), so if AG still has dolls left, they might sell her on Cyber Monday. They sold Saige’s things last year, so why wouldn’t they sell Isabelle’s?
Anyway, good luck on finding an Isabelle doll!

Exactly! But at least we’ve seen the mini doll so we can kind of get an idea of what she looks like. I feel like she’ll look a little similar to McKenna, so I’m thinking I’ll buy her :)
Yeah, Isabelle is really pretty. I thought she was really plain at first, but now I think she’s beautiful!

Wow, it is pretty amazing that a picture of the 18″ doll hasn’t been leaked yet. :? Saige & Isabelle’s pictures were leaked months before their release. :roll:
I’m not a huge fan of any of Lea’s outfits that have been leaked so far, my fave one is probably the Fancy Occasion dress. I bet it would look great on Caroline.

I really love the explorer outfit, the shirt is super pretty. :) Overall, I think Lea will be another blonde doll that isn’t that unique. :( I think her story will be similar to Jess’s story.

It seems like there are extra clothes this time, maybe no though. :) I think the clothes look almost Puerto Rica. Or Brazil. Something in that Central American – South American range. :)

Africa is their code name for Brazil or somewhere in South America. :) (Brazil is most suspected because of the 2016 Olympics)
