A very, very long time ago, I mentioned that I had taken pictures from when I’d just opened Molly and Emily. I promised that I’d tried to find them, and guess what? I just discovered them a few days ago!
Keep in mind that these pictures were taken back in 2013, so that’s why they aren’t very good quality.
The dolls (Tracy, Saige, and Caroline), invited Molly and Emily inside for a party. They gathered around a table to eat.
Let’s take a closer look at the table. There’s a table runner made of napkins and decorated with colorful pens; tiny napkins cut from a larger napkin; place cards; and a tea set.
There was a tray laden with treats: green grapes, mini marshmallows, Smarties, and small pieces of green sour Twizzlers.
There was a pile of presents for Molly and Emily on a table.
Tracy gave Molly a card made by all of them. It said Welcome, sisters! on the front.
I found the original card. This is what it says:
Dear Molly and Emily,
Welcome to our family. We hope you like it here!
Emily, We love your red hair! Molly, we think you look really cute with glasses.
Emily, please tell me about England! ~Caroline
I hope you guys like art. I love it! ~Saige
Molly, I hope we will be good friends! ~Tracy
Then they pulled out the presents!
(Excuse my hand 😛 )
Emily opened the gift, finding a multitude of colorful headbands handmade by me.
There were also cute friendship bracelets for both of the new girls (They still have them, and wear them often!).
Caroline showed Emily the different colors of crocheted headbands.
There was one present left for them to open!
They went over to the couch, where the girls waited for Molly and Emily to open the gift.
Together, they began peeling off the wrapping paper.
Almost done unwrapping . . .
There were two yarn dolls inside! The dolls even looked like Molly and Emily.
The girls pulled their new dolls out of the box, squealing excitedly and thanking Tracy, Saige, and Caroline.
They posed for a picture with their new dolly friends. 🙂
Group hug! ♥
