Hey, darlings!
I’ll be at the D.C. American Girl store on January 1st. My dad is taking me (how many dads are willing to take their daughter to a pink store filled with dolls and excited girls?) and I’ll be getting lots of pictures of the new Girl of the Year, Gabriela McBride.
Are any of you going to be at the D.C. store for the GOTY’s debut? If so, I’d love to meet up with you! It’s my dream to meet my internet friends in real life.
Anyway, on the first, I’ll either post something new or update this with more information, like what time we’ll be arriving, what doll I’ll bring, etc.
I really hope I get to meet some of you. :D

Aww, I’ll have barely missed you! I’d love to meet you though! You’re one of my favorite bloggers. 😊😉😀. But I’m going on my birthday on the 31st. I’m going to the San Fransisco one, so it probably wasn’t going to happen anyways. 😉. Wow, my dad would just kill himself if he had to do that, so he’s taking me to IHOP tomorrow instead. 😀

Cool! Happy early birthday! I’ve been to a few different AG stores and even the cafe a few times. I hope you made reservations if your trip includes eating at the cafe, because it can be hard to get seated without a reservation. A late morning or early afternoon seating has always worked well for us when we visit. I followed your blog today, and I can’t wait to hear about your b-day trip to the ag store!

I think I’ll be there! I hope to coordinate times; it would be AMAZING to finally meet you!!! You should post the outfit you’re going to wear, too. I was wondering, do you live near the D.C. store? (You don’t have to answer that if it’s too creepy.) I hope to see you there!

Awww I begged my parents but they said no :( I live around 3 hours away from D.C. and it’s always been my dream to go to an American Girl release :(

Hahaha, kudos to your dad for offering to take you! My dad will stay up to God-forsaken hours in the morning on the phone with my ignorant server company for my doll blog but I highly doubt he would even dream of stepping foot in an AG store. He leaves that to me, my mom, and my best buds. XD
While we don’t plan on taking any ministry trips to D.C. during the time of Gabriela’s debut, do you ever go to the D.C. AG store in the summer? Our pastor holds outreaches in D.C. every summer and there is a chance that I might go and help out. If I do go, I would stop by the D.C. AG store and it would be epic to meet you in real life.
