I took these pictures when we got some snow earlier this year. And as I have absolutely zero motivation, I never got around to posting them. But on this dull Sunday (I kind of hate Sundays, but we won’t get into that right now), I finally overcame my laziness and put together a post for you, my lovely readers. 🙂
I know I photograph Savannah too often, please don’t hurt me.
Yeah, I stood in the middle of the road to take this picture. It’s true, I lead a dangerous life.
Have you guys gotten any snow this year? It snowed this weekend, but it was only about two inches, and melted pretty quickly. Honestly, I like watching the snow fall more than I like playing in it. It’s so peaceful and relaxing.
I absolutely love Savannah’s new beanie and knew that I had to get some pictures of her wearing it. I’ll be posting a DIY for it soon.
My dad cut down a tree in our yard. It looked pretty neat, so I decided to take the photos there. The branches bounced up and down as I walked over them and the wind kept pushing Savannah over. But I still managed to get some photos.
Happy Thanksgiving, guys! I hope you all have great big meals in your near future.
In celebration, I dressed Ellie and Savannah up as pilgrims and Indians and got them to act out the first Thanksgiving. I stitched all the beads onto Savannah’s dress. It took a long time, but it turned out looking really nice. 🙂
It’s officially summer! Enjoy these warm, school-free days while you can, guys.
Eve, Savannah, Nevaeh, and Isabelle decided to play in the pool this evening. (I made it using Hidden Hollow AG Crafts’ tutorial.)
Isabelle relaxed on the raft I made this morning.
“Marco!” Eve called, waving her arms around. Where were her friends hiding?
“Polo,” chorused Savannah and Nevaeh.
Eve stumbled in the direction of their voices, and stepped on Izzy’s hand.
“Hey!” she shouted. “I’m trying to get a tan here!”
“Sorry,” Eve giggled, rolling her eyes.
They got bored with Marco Polo pretty quickly, and decided to toss around the basketball that they’d “borrowed” from MJ.
Saige’s dog, a Border Collie named Rembrandt, leapt into the pool a few minutes later. The girls’ game of pool basketball was instantly forgotten as the huddled around the dog, cooing.
What are you guys doing this summer? I’m hoping to earn enough money to buy a new doll! I made a post about my summer bucket list on my personal blog, if you’d like to look at that (read it HERE).
Hello! I am back from my mini unplanned break. 🙂 Today, I have
some a lot of pictures of Savannah that I took when there was still lots of snow on the ground. Enjoy!
This is the photoshoot Savannah got because she won that thing way back when, the Who Wore it Best ~ Raspberry Glasses.
Heh heh . . . A little late, wouldn’t you know. Oh well. Better late than never, right? (I seem to say that a lot.)
Why isn’t she looking at the camera?!
VBS (Vacation Bible School) started today! (My church is doing the Everest theme.) Because of that, there might be less posts than usual, but I don’t know. I’m an assistant crew leader and am on the worship team — I’ve wanted to be on the worship team FOREVER! I was in the preschool room today, leading worship, and it wasn’t nearly as fun as leading in the main room. Hopefully I’ll be in the big room with the elementary kids for the rest of the week!
