Dragged From the Archives: The Trip

Hello! I decided to post something new (er, old?) today, something never before seen on Happy House of AG.

Dragged From the Archives!

Basically, I re-publish an old post, so that more people can see it. This particular one was published in October 2014. Enjoy!

The Trip

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

HOW’S IT BEEN ON THIS BLOG WITHOUT ME??!!

LAME, I’M SURE.

WHAT’S THAT? YOU’RE TIRED OF ME YELLING AT YOU ALREADY?

Fine, I’ll stop. But not because you asked.

OK, so I’ll bet that you’re wondering about the title, because Tracy + 2 word title + TRIP = awesomeness.

But yeah, I did go on a trip.

The first thing I did on that boring car trip was eat a bag of LAY’S!

DSC_0348

Yes, they are amazing, and yes, I will not share with you.

DSC_0349

Oh, and I did manage to smuggle some mints into the car. And no, they are not for you.

We stopped to eat at a place called Western Sizzlin’!

. . . . . . . . . What the lime peels are you looking at??? *grabs at the top of head* Oh, this? Yeah, that’s just my friend the spider.

So, I meet this girl named Julie, er, Kelly. I kept calling her Julie, but . ..

She had really messy hair! And above is just the front.

Here’s the back. Anyway, Mom decided to tame this lion’s mane. It took her a looooong time!

One section done!

So, when Mom was finally done, she gave Juli — I MEAN Kelly, some new clothes, and pulled her hair back in a half- fishtail. OK, I’ll just call her Julie, because or else I’ll drive myself insane.

Her hair looked a lot better after that!

Mom managed to snap a few pictures of me the next morning before we hit the road for home.

(ACK, it was supposed to focus on the hand >:0)

In the car, I took a nap — Indiana Jones style ;D (#bro/uncle’s legs)

Sparkly . . . :o

When I woke up, I listened to music on my uncle’s iPod. Particularly Counting Stars — that’s my favorite! But he doesn’t let me and Mom hear that song very much, because then Mom will start singing, and Uncle thinks that she sounds TERRIBLE. (Which I DON’T!!)

The church we go to had their annual Fall Festival last night. You come in costume, and Mom was Emily Windsnap! Above is her costume. (Oh, and foot xP)

  1. Loren, I just started my blog today! I was hoping you could check it out? I’m still playing around with some stuff, so it doesn’t look very official, but I have my first post and also a craft up there… Anyways, I would love it if you took a look. Please follow if you like it!

    • Yippee! Go, Rutvi! That’s awesome. :)

I checked it out, and it looks pretty good so far. I really liked your taco craft!

I would follow you, but I can’t figure out how. Is there any way that you can add a “follow via email” option?

  2. Loren-I tried to figure it out, but I don’t know if people can follow Weebly blogs. I will try to get some help with that. But it would be great if you would just, like, read my blog, and comment on the posts and stuff like that. My first photoshoot is up! :D
